What is CyberHell?

CyberHell is a cyberpunk brick breaker in the spirit of the classic Arkanoid. You are a hacker drone: your paddle bounces a data packet into layers of corporate security, and every brick you break is a block of ICE.

It runs in full screen on phones (portrait or landscape), tablets and desktop monitors – free, with no download and no account.

Goal

Clear 24 rounds spread over three sectors – Neon District, Undergrid and Black Ice. A round ends when every brick except the indestructible gold ones is gone. The last round of each sector is a fight with a guardian: Citadel, Nexus-Prime and finally Root//Kernel.

The angle of the bounce depends on where the ball hits your paddle, and the ball gets a little faster with every hit. If you do not launch it, it launches by itself after three seconds.

Enemies, lives and score

Drones, seekers and sentries fly in from hatches in the ceiling. They do not take your lives, but they knock the ball off course, and a seeker or a sentry shot freezes your paddle for a moment.

You start with three lives and get another at 20,000 points and every 60,000 after that. Breaking bricks one after another without touching the paddle builds a chain bonus. Your high score is saved in your browser.
